Payments & Processes
Parties are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The process to follow is
- to select your spa package from our options
- to select your desired date and time
- call us to with your spa party details ready to make your reservation
Spa parties book quickly! It is highly recommended to reserve your date as soon as possible for the best availability.
A two-month advance date is recommended. Last-minute dates may be available, so please call or email us to inquire.
Our booking policy is as follows
- a 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking
- we accept cash, debit, and credit card payments
- balance is due in full 3 weeks before the PARTY DATE
- signed party agreement, release, and waivers are also due in 3 weeks before the PARTY DATE
Gratuity for your convenience is accepted on the day of the party.
We understand that plans sometimes change and extenuating circumstances take place.
We will do our best to work with you to find another date for your party.
If a guest arrives late, they may join in at whatever point we are in.

As often as possible we use all-natural skin and beauty products for the health and safety of our guests. We make a concerted effort to use eco-friendly products for our services.
Many of our products are organic, paraben-free, hypo-allergenic, and toxin-free.
