Our Policies: Bookings

Birthdays/Events/Special Occasions, are booked a minimum of 30 days’ in advance, however 3 to 6 months’ prior is advisable  

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Our Policies: Cancellations made with no less than 15 Days of booked birthday party. Events/Special Occasions with no less than 5 Days. Salon & Spa with no less than 42 hours will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee. No-show reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service appointment. To ensure the promptness of all reservations we reserve the right to reschedule any reservation that is 15 minutes late or later.

Our Policies: Cancellations

Cancellations or reservation changes for birthday/event packages will be subject to a charge of 50% and must be made at least 15 business day in advance, allows our team the opportunity to accommodate other guests and will be greatly appreciated.

Cancellations for salon/event/birthday service made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a charge of 100% of the service fee. 

No-show reservations will be subject to a charge of 100% of the service/event/ birthday appointment.

Our Policies: Arrival

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation.

To ensure the promptness of all reservations we reserve the right to reschedule any reservation that is 15 minutes late or later to another convenient time.

Our Policies: Gratuities

For your convenience, Lovely Little Ladies accepts gratuities from cash or they can be placed on your credit/debit card.

Our Policies: Children

Lovely Little Ladies welcomes all well-behaved children. Please remind your children to avoid running, spinning or climbing on chairs, or opening any closed drawers in the space. Most drawers contain sharp objects and chemicals that could be potentially dangerous to unsuspecting children.

Our Policies: Redo

Lovely Little Ladies Salon & Boutique stands firmly behind all its salon/birthday/event services. If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. Tweaks and adjustments will be honored for one week of the date of service.

Our Policies: Payment

Lovely Little Ladies Accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and cash for payment of services and products. We do not accept checks of any form for payment.

Our Policies: Returns/Refunds

Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied.

Lovely Little Ladies Proudly stands behind all its products.  Should you find dissatisfaction with any of these products purchased at Lovely Little Ladies, we will gladly apply the full value of the returned product to another product of your choice if returned within 30 days from date of purchase.

All Sales of hair brushes, hair accessories (clips, hair bands, etc.) Cosmetic sales are final. No returns and no exchanges.

Tools (blow dryers, flat irons, etc.) may be returned within 30 days of purchase, providing they are in their original packaging, for exchange only.

OUR POLICIES: MODEL SERVICES

The Intern Program is the heart of Lovely Little Ladies Salon & Boutique. The incorporation of new minds ensures that Lovely Little Ladies Salon & Boutique is continually infused with new ideas. We take great pride in our Intern Program. We strive to create truly well-rounded stylists by providing both technical and customer service training. The Interns are given the opportunity to perfect their skills by scheduling models for appointments. To progress in the program, the Intern must demonstrate their technical expertise with a variety of haircuts and color services. These more experienced Interns are our Advanced Interns. Ultimately, once they have passed all the levels, the Interns are given the opportunity to cut and style as Jr. Stylists and then as full Stylists at Lovely Little Ladies Salon & Boutique.

Appointments with Interns always begin with a thorough consultation with the Intern & an Educator. We ask you to keep an open mind and remember that this is a learning situation. All work is supervised; however, results are not guaranteed. Because of the importance of this program, we encourage promptness and patience. All models are required to sign a model service release form.

 

Our Policies: Salon / Birthday / Event Packages

Packages are non-transferable. Individual services within a package may not be modified or substituted.

Gift Certificates/Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Our Policies: Lovely Little Ladies Salon & Boutique reserves the right to refuse Products & Services to anyone at its discretion if it feels the policies herein are being abused.
